PURPOSE: To preferentially cool the center part of a heat exchanger by providing a liquid inlet at the center of main body's first end part, with a liquid outlet at the center of main body's second end part, and allowing a cooling liquid to flow in fins from the first end to the second end of each fin, so that the flow amount in fins at the center part of bottom part is increased. CONSTITUTION: With a liquid inlet 32 formed at the center of the first end part 16 of a main body 12, and liquid outlet 34 at the center of the second end part 18 of the main body 12, such cooling liquid as water is made to flow between fins. Each fin comprising the first end 31 and the second end 33, the first end 31 adjoins the first end part 16 of the main body 12 and the second end 33 adjoins the second end part 18 of the main body 12. Thus, the fluid from the inlet 32 flows from the first end 31 of ech fin to the second end 33 through the channel between both end 31 and 32 as far as the outlet 34 side. The amount of flowing liquid being more around outside fins 30a, 30b, 30g, and 30h than around center fins 30c, 30d, 30e, and 30f, liquid speed increase at center part, so that more heat is transferred to the fin at the center part. Therefore, the center part of a heat exchanger 10 is preferentially cooled. |
