PURPOSE:To enable a cake or the like to be stored without adhering any odor to it by a method wherein a main body having a deodoring device and removably mounted within a storing chamber of a refrigerator, and a case having a storing part for storing at item in it while being separated from a surrounding air are provided. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a stored item such as a cake or the like is stored in a refrigerating chamber 36, a length of a case 27 is adjusted in response to its amount of the stored item, the stored item is stored from an opening 27a into a storing part 32. The opening 27a is oppositely faced against a front surface of the main body 1. A hook part 6a is engaged with a hook 33 with each of hook elements 6. Under this installed state, in case that a sensed temperature sensed by a temperature sensor 18a is higher than a set temperature, a fan motor 8 is electrically energized, air within the storing part 32 is sucked from a suction port 3 into an outer shell 2 of the main body 1, passes through an aeration passage 12 in an aeration passage 10 and the air is returned back through the blowing port 4 into the storing part 32. Since the deodoring device 14 is arranged in the aeration passage 12, even if the air in the storing part 32 contains odor, its odor is adsorbed and removed by the deodoring device 14. |
