PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of an arrival estimated time necessary for allotment by comparing, when an assigned cage arrives first, a functional element for obtaining the arrival estimated time of this cage with that of the second suitable cage and varying a weighted coefficient of the element in a direction of increasing a difference between the arrival estimated times. CONSTITUTION:A CPU31, in which when an assigned cage 1A arrives first of all, an estimated running time and estimated stop time, which are elements of the arrival estimated time, of the assigned cage 1A are compared with that of a second most suitable cage 1C to change a weighted coefficient of each element in a direction of increasing a difference between the arrival estimated times, is provided. Thus by studying the assignment well performed and by changing the weighted coefficient in calculating the arrival estimated time, when reversing of arrival between the assigned cage 1A and the not assigned cage 1C for causing a problem of group management is really generated, by the CPU31, accuracy of truly necessary arrival estimated time is improved. |
