<p>PURPOSE:To automatically update the stock number with the use of the production quantity in each stage and to reduce a stock confirming work and consumption calculation work, by providing a means which calculates the working quantity of consumed materials, parts, etc., with the use of the production quantity in each stage and a means which updates the stock number based on the calculated data thereof. CONSTITUTION:A function 1 planning the production calculation of the production factory whole body and a function 2 storing and updating the production technical data set by a design or between production technical parts and the production progress actual result data fed from each production stage are provided. A function 3 for deciding the work instruction order to each production stage with the use of these functions 1, 2 is provided and also a work instruction display function for displaying the work contents, the work order thereof and production capable number of each production stage and for transmitting the information of the completion number, defect number, etc., at the time when the work of a certain part in the production stage thereof is completed to a server via a network, is provided as well.</p> |
