<p>PURPOSE:To install two cables in a suspension strand without damaging each other by using an installation pulley in which a frame suspension roller is rotatively shaft- supported at the upper part of the frame and a two-stage cable roller at the lower part of it. CONSTITUTION:The frame of an installation pulley 11 consists of the upper frame 12, side frame 13, and lower frame 14. A suspension roller 21 is shaft-installed in the upper frame 12 and a cable roller 24 the lower frame 14, and a cable roller 23 between the side frame 13 and the upper frame 12, respectively. When a newlyinstalled cable 38 is added to an existing cable 28 using a number of these pulleys, the side is first opened and the roller is frame-suspended on a suspension strand 27. Then, the existing cable 28 is accompanied with the roller 24. When a removal machine 34 is pulled by a draw net 30, the existing cable 28 is sequentially put on the roller 24 and temporarily installs a newly-installed cable 32 while accompanying it on the roller 23.</p> |
