PURPOSE:To attain the bidirectional communication of a picture base between terminal equipments by giving element piece data of a picture to the terminal equipments and attribute information of the picture to a center machine, transferring a command between the terminal equipments and the center machine, displaying the picture on the terminal equipments and reducing a communication quantity. CONSTITUTION:The terminal equipment 1 receiving the command from the center machine 11 through a line retrieves a storage device 5, takes out the picture of element piece data ID designated in the command and displays it in a designated position. At the same time, a position coordinate selected from a screen and a selected operation command are collected and they are transmitted to the center machine 11. When the center machine 11 retrieves a data base 15 and it becomes clear that there is the influence of the picture of element piece data ID corresponding to the position coordinate, the transmission of the command to the terminal equipment 1 concerned is repeated. Thus, the communication quantity is reduced and the bidirectional communication of the picture base with the terminal equipment 1 is attained by displaying the picture on the terminal equipment 1. |
