LUBRICATING- COOLING LIQUID FOR NON- FERROUS METALS PLASTIC TREATMENT

摘要

The liquid is used in the plastic treatment of non-ferrous metals. It has good anti gripping and anti corrosive properties. It contains in weight parts: from 30 to 60 triethanolamine ester of vegetable fatty acids C14-C20 with acidity number not more than 5 mg KOH/gr, from 20 to 30 ethoxylized higher fatty alcohols C10-C18 with 4 moles ethylene oxide; from 10 to 20 potassium salt of oleic or stearic acid with acid number not higher than 30 mg KOH/gr; from 0.4 to 1.0 azimino-benzene oxyderivative; from 2 to 10 condensation product of diethanolamine and oleic acid with weight ratio 48:52; from 0.5 to 3 sulphuric ester of higher fatty acids with active sulphur content up to 20 percent; from 0.5 to 3 chlo-paraffin with an active substance content up to 42 percent; from 6 to 12 low-viscosity refined oily fraction; from 0.1 to 0.3 bis-benole antioxidant agent with content of unbound styrene up to 3.5 percent, unbound phenol up to 2.6 percent and viscosity at 20 degrees C VZ-4,for not more than 15 sec; from 0.05 to 0.1 polymethylsiloxane with molecular mass from 180 to 320.
