CEPHALOSPORIN DERIVATIVES

摘要

Cephalosporin derivs. of formula (I), their pharmaceutically acceptable nontoxic salts and physiologically hydrolyzable esters and solvates are new. In (I), R1=C1-4 alkyl, C3-4 alkenyl, C3-7 cycloalkyl, opt. substd. amine or opt. substd. phenyl; R2=H or C1-4 alkyl. Also claimed is the prepn. of (I) which comprises reacting a cpd. of formula (II) with a cpd. of formula (III) in water or a mixed solvent of H2O and acetonitrile or acetone at 40-100 deg.C and pH 5-8. In (II), R3=H or amino-protecting gp.; L = halogen or lower alkanoyloxy; n = o or 1. Cpds. (I) are useful as an intermediate in the prepn. of cephalosporin antibacterials.
