PURPOSE:To facilitate changing a fold position in the case of changing fold specification by driving the first/second turn drive sources through information of the first/second detecting sensors, and changing a phase of the first/second insertion knives of a fold barrel and a hold barrel to change the fold position. CONSTITUTION:In the case of changing a phase of a fold barrel 14 and the first hold barrel 15 by changing a fold position, a preset push button 102 is turned on to actuate a phase setting control unit 91. Each motor 60, 67, 76 is forwardly or reversely rotated to change the phase of the fold barrel 14 and the first hold barrel 15 based on a predetermined fold condition. In the case that a number of input pulses obtains a preset value by information of encoders 81, 82, 83, a motor stop signal is generated, and a preset of a fold phase is completed by stopping the motors 60, 67, 76. Since information of an operational speed detector 101 is input to the phase setting control unit 91, a phase of a chopper blade in accordance with an operational speed is obtained to make high accurate chopper folding always possible. |
