<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently and economically realize the purification of a closed water area in a comparatively broader area by rotating a rotary wing body arranged in the outer sea area with the current or a tide force and conveying the rotation to the rotary wing body arranged in a semi-closed water area or in a closed water area. CONSTITUTION:With energy of a constant stream 7 in the outer sea area 2, a first water wheel 9 is rotated and the rotation of the first water wheel 9 is conveyed to a rotary shaft 15 of a second water wheel 16 with a gear box 10 and the second water wheel 16 rotates. With the rotation of the second water wheel 16, a water stream generates in the closed water area land the whole water in the closed water area 1 is compulsorily brought in contact with a microorganism carrying body 6 in a certain period and with the purifying work by a microorganism carried on the microorganism carrying body 6, thus the water to be treated is purified. Besides, with the rotation of the second water wheel 16, the water in the vicinity of the water wheel 16 is exposed to air with the rotation of the second water wheel 16, and the water in the closed water area 1 is enhanced for the dissolved oxygen concentration and the growth of the microorganism stuck to the microorganism carrying body 6 is accelerated, and the water purifying work with the microorganism is enhanced.</p> |
