METHOD FOR DISPLAYING RSSI BY USING TELEPHONE NEMBER DISPLAY

The method is for displaying the receiving field strength intersity (RSSI) on a telephone number display of carphone. The method comprises: (A) checking TRS state representing mode; (B) executing main program for voice channel mode and jumping to next step for control channel mode; (C) checking content of a buffer for display interval data; (D) dereasing the content of a buffer by one when the content is not zero and executing main program; (E) sampling the RSSI when the content of a buffer is zero; (F) converting the RSSI in the form of bar graph; and (G) displaying the RSSI in the form of bar graph. The bar graph is displayed with the telephone number or after the telephone number display according to the digit number of telephone number.
