PURPOSE:To enable the displaying sun rise and sun set time at the present location, moon data and the like even without the inputting of positional information of the location from a user by determining the positional information at a receiving point by a signal from a satellite. CONSTITUTION:Normally, when a time counting signal is inputted and a one- hour carrier is generated, a main control section 9 being halted activates an oscillator 7 and a fast control section 6. The control section 6 determines positional information of a receiving location from pseudo distance data of a plurality of satellites. A city which is nearest to the receiving location and the present time of the city are displayed 2 in dot matrix from the positional information. When a key operation signal is inputted and a K1 key is operated, that is, a user operates the K1 key, the control section 9 performs the same receiving processing, the positional information of the receiving location is determined to be displayed 2. The sun rise and sun set time at the receiving location in the case of the K2 key and the age and phase of the moon in the case of the K3 key are calculated to be displayed 2 separately. As a fixed time passes with the displaying 2 of the items, display is switched to the present time at the location. |
