PURPOSE:To provide a high reliability cell by farming an electrode substrate thermally matched to a solid electrolyte body in a single cell. CONSTITUTION:Electrode substrates and a single cell are provided, both an anode and a cathode sandwich a plate-like solid electrolyte body 2 in the single cell. The electrode substrates contain a cathode substrate 4 and an anode substrate 1, one of both substrates has the same principal component as that of the solid electrolyte body and is composed of a porous matrix on which an electron conducting body being supported, the single cell being formed on one surface of its principal surfaces. |
