MANUFACTURE OF SOLAR BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To realize a solar battery manufacturing method which is high in productivity and can manufacture a solar battery having effective conversion efficiency by forming a joining surface and separating section without damaging each CdTe film when a window layer composed of a CdS film or the CdTe film is selected as an absorbing layer. CONSTITUTION:This solar battery manufacturing method manufactures a solar battery which is excellent in in-plane homogeneity and high in effective conversion efficiency by forming a CdS film and its separating section without damage by performing a scribing process using a YAG laser with a Q-switch before a sintering process after the CdS film is formed by a screen printing method and a CdS film applying process is performed.
