PURPOSE:To attain the skip of en inhibited area, etc., by securing a time direction shift function that considers the waiting time of other parts and furthermore to satisfy the limitation for the continuous use of the equipments by means of the time direction shift function. CONSTITUTION:A manual correction mechanism 12 is provided with the following time direction shift functions. That is, (1) a time direction shift function of a part which moves by evading a conflicting time band within the maximum waiting time of a noted part if other parts has the conflict of an inhibited area, etc., after the noted pert is moved to a desired position or evading a conflicting time band within the maximum waiting time of a conflicting part or the parts set before and after the conflicting part if the evading is impossible to the first conflicting time band, and (2) the time direction shift function of a job which interrupts by itself by pushing away the counter side if the noted parts overlap each other as well as a function which shifts the time mainly for each job. |
