<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method to obtain a colored pattern excellent in hardness, adhesion property with a transparent substrate, and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:A coating liquid prepared by dispersing a colorant pigment in a hydrolyzed soln. of alkoxide containing silicon alkoxide is applied on a transparent substrate 2, dried to form a colored film 3. The colored film 3 is irradiated in desired area with an electron beam 5 and developed. Then the area 6 not irradiated with the electron beam is removed to form a patterned film having projections and recesses.</p> |
