Device used as a flower container or flower-pot holder with a very large water reserve without any risk of overirrigation. The invention relates to a device allowing a very significant reduction in the number of times the flowers have to be watered, while ensuring good growth conditions. The device (Fig. 1) comprises internally a flower-pot (2) provided with a capillarity irrigation system (3) fitted in the conical opening in the top part of the flower container (4), and externally a flower container consisting of one or a plurality of elements and on which are arranged a plurality of side openings (5) for filling the low part acting as water reserve (8) and water level limitation (5), and creating an airspace (6) between the water and the roots of the plants. The device according to the invention is intended give flower decorations better growing possibilities while reducing the time to look after the plants.
