The invention relates to a hinge device for a lapping door. The hinge device comprises a first section (34) fixed to the frame (12) of the case and bearing at least a hinge half-knuckle (46), a second section (36) equipped with at least one hinge half-knuckle (50) and fixed to the edge (52) of the door (10), so that its half-knuckle(s) come into correspondence with that (those) of the case, and a third section (38) having an L-shaped cross-section, the legs (64, 66) of which are respectively fixed to the edge (52) and to the internal face of the door, the said third section exhibiting, on that one of its legs which is fixed to the edge of the door, at least one opening (56) dimensioned to allow, on the one hand, free passage of the hinge half-knuckle(s) (50) of the second section, and, on the other hand, adjustment of the third section (38) with respect to the second section (34), taking account of the extent of the specific offset (d) of the internal faces of the door and of the frame. <IMAGE> |
