<p>PURPOSE:To improve the surface smoothness of colored layers and to decrease light scattering so that fine patterns having high transparency can be formed by sticking colored powder materials to exposed parts exposed in prescribed patterns to form colored patterns, then subjecting these parts to a heating treatment. CONSTITUTION:A black matrix 14 and the colored layers 16 are formed on a transparent substrate 12 by using photosensitive materials which develop tacky adhesiveness by exposing and thereafter, these layers are subjected to the heating treatment. The photosensitive layer 13 is sublimated and removed by this heating treatment and the state in which the shielding powder material constituting the black matrix 14 and the colored powder materials constituting the colored layers 16 are held in contact with the transparent substrate 12 is attained. The shielding powder material constituting the black matrix 14 and the colored powder materials constituting the colored layers 16 are simultaneously melted and flattened, by which the surface smoothness of the black matrix 14 and the colored layers 16 is improved. The light scattering is decreased and the transparency of the colored layers 16 is improved by the improvement in the surface smoothness.</p> |
