发明名称 NONCONTACT POWER SUPPLY FOR MOVING OBJECT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize stabilized safety power supply by laying an induction line connected with a high frequency sine wave resonance inverter along a guide rail and fixing a coil to the body along the induction path such that the center of the coil is located normal to the rail in the center of a pair of vertical induction line. CONSTITUTION:A litz wire is wound across the recesses in the upper and lower surfaces of a laterally elongated ferrite 35 having H-shaped cross-section thus forming a pickup coil 36. A ferrite board 37 is then fixed to the body side of the ferrite 35 and further fixed through a fixing member 38 to a pair of supporting members 39 projecting from the body to the guide rail side. The ferrite 35 is fixed such that the center thereof is located normal to the guide rail in the center of 8 pair of ducts 33. Consequently, flux is produced in an induction path 34 to induce electromotive force in the coil 36 thus realizing noncontact power supply even during travel of moving object. Furthermore, power can be fed efficiently because the coil 36 is located at a position where the flux density in the induction path 34 is highest.</p>
