The system comprises a cooling circuit incorporating a compressor (10), a condenser (11), liquid collector (12), expansion valve (14) and a vaporiser (15). A cooling device (13) is installed in the circuit integral with the liquid collector, and, together with the condenser, forms a unified piped and ribbed block. This is equipped with flow and return pipes which divide it into a condenser area and a super cool area which is on the inflowing air side (16) of the condenser. USE/ADVANTAGE - Vehicle air conditioning operating mechanism is sensitive to incorrect filling and especially to under filling.
