摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a tasty salmon-processed food readily edible directly by sandwiching obliquely sliced salmon fillets with a pair of edible protein sheets followed by processing using a special means to pack the salmon meat with these sheets. CONSTITUTION:Salmon meat is first cut into fillets, which are then obliquely sliced at regular intervals. Second, the resulting slices 3' are successively arranged at a specified width as shown in the figure on the upper surface of an edible protein sheet 4 colored or seasoned with a seasoning. Third, another edible protein sheet 4 similar to this sheet is laid on the meat slices arranged to sandwich these slices by these two sheets. Then, the slices are also seasoned and colored and then cut to a specified size using a high-temperature scissors to mutually bond the upper and lower sheets, thus obtaining a processed food with salmon meat in a sheet bag. Finally, this food is steamed, vacuum-packed, and sterilized.
