The glass window frame (1) of a dual structure having an inner window and an outer window comprises sensors respectively for fire, gas, light, dust, moisture, temperature, and window opening, all connecting to an automatic control system, and a blind curtain between the inner and outer windows. The automatic control system includes a CPU, which converts signals from the sensors to A/D converted signal to compare with reference data in setting for discrimination, to control the respective drives and also includes a safety facilities control system, an environment installation control system, and an energy saving equipment control system. The blind curtain is also adjusted automatically with the control of opening angle of the blind blades through the CPU.
