A plurality of heat immersion tubes (13) are supported by a vertically displaceable stand (10). Said tubes are fitted to a bar (12), connected to the stand by vertical rotary rods (15) terminated by an eccentric (16). The rotating tubes simultaneously preheat several sample bottles (6) grouped in a rack (2) which is immobilized at the end of a feed table. Application in preliminary heating of dairy product samples.
