A torque measurement device capable of automatically and highly accurately measuring output torque of a measuring object at each rotation angle of the object. The torque measurement device has a torque sensor for detecting output torque of a measuring object, a rotation mechanism for holding the torque sensor and rotating it, and a controller for controlling the rotation mechanism to change the rotation angle of the torque sensor.
