The said filter comprises filtration modules incorporating dust catcher chambers, dust collectors, filtration sleeves, hoppers and air cell filter panel fitted horizontally in the gap between the dust catcher chambers, above the purified air valve holes, to form an upper chamber communicating with the extra fan inlet branch pipe and an lower chamber communicating with the purified air outlet manifold.
