PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF BLACK AZO DYE FOR LEATHER

摘要

The process for preparation of black azo dye for leather contains azocompound of preliminary diazotized 4.4'- diamino diphenyl sulphamine, 4-nitroaniline and aniline with 1-amino-8-hydroxynaphthalene-3.6-disulphonic acid in acid medium and subsequent azocompound in alkali medium with 1.3-diaminobenzene. The azocompound is realized in three stages: at first in acid medium, and than – in alkali medium, with subsequent azocompound with 1.3-diaminobenzene at pH 5.8-7.2.
