A wrapper for rice covered with laver is provided to be conveniently opened as the wrapper is separated by pulling both ends of the wrapper one time. A wrapper for wrapping a rice ball covered with laver is composed of two films(10,20) attached to each other around each outer peripheral part(11,21) to wrap laver at the inner side; cutting bands(12,22) attached to each film and extended in a vertical direction; and cutting portions disposed in the center of the film to penetrate through the cutting bands and the films. Extension bands(14,24) are formed in each film. One end of the extension band is fixed to the inner side of each film and the other end is fixed to the cutting portion.
