A prefabricated rectangular welded mesh gabion is provided to assemble and use easily and simply in a job site using a rectangular welded mesh, and an assembling method of the prefabricated rectangular welded mesh gabion is provided to let a worker assemble easily in a job site and to protect the body and clothes of a worker while assembling in a job site. A prefabricated rectangular welded mesh gabion(100) includes a rectangular welded mesh having C-shaped bends(112) on two sides, wherein the rectangular welded mesh is formed by putting a horizontal wire(10) and a vertical wire at right angles, and then coupling with each other by electric resistance welding. The C-shaped bend is formed to be bent in a gentle curved shape against a plane formed by the horizontal wire and the vertical wire. An assembling method of the prefabricated rectangular welded mesh gabion comprises the steps of: forming a C-shaped bend by bending one side, two sides or all sides of a welded mesh in the shaped of a gentle curved shape and bending gradually to be close to a circle; forming a coupling hole between the C-shaped bends by overlapping welded meshes having C-shaped ends and rotating at right angles; inserting a coupling wire(124) to the coupling hole; forming a body(120) by coupling four welded meshes; and coupling the body with the top or the bottom of the welded mesh. |
