PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal or family-use wrapping apparatus using a balloon, the apparatus being designed for wrapping something in a small balloon. SOLUTION: The wrapping apparatus includes a wrapping case 10 and a lid 20. The wrapping case 10 is a bottomed container and provided with an air adjustment valve 12. The lid 20 is connected to the wrapping case 10 so as to be freely detached. A guide cylinder 30 extends through the lid 20. The guide cylinder 30 has a balloon attaching cylinder 32 in the place where it is accommodated in the wrapping case when the lid 20 is fitted over the wrapping case. The guide cylinder 30 also has an air injection valve 34 with a non-return valve, which is disposed so as to project from the case.
