PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for rally superior in driveability and cut-resistance. SOLUTION: This tire 2 comprises a pair of beads 10, a carcass 12 stretched between both the beads 10, and side walls 6. The side wall 6 comprises an inner layer 50 and an outer layer 52. The inner layer 50 is positioned outside the carcass 12 in the axial direction. The outer layer 52 is positioned outside the inner layer 50 in the axial direction. The ratio of thickness of the inner layer 40 to thickness of the side wall 6 is set to 30%-80%. The ratio of complex modulus of the outer layer 52 to the complex modulus of the inner layer 50 is set to 70%-90%. The ratio of loss factor of the outer layer 50 to loss factor of the inner layer 50 is set to 105%-135%. Preferably, thickness of the side wall 6 in this tire 2 is set to 4 mm -12 mm.
