PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing electrolytic water, in which a touch panel having a flat structure is used and in which a switch responding position can be easily discriminated. SOLUTION: A decorated sheet having a framed line 50 which is embossed and surrounds the switch responding position is stuck to the surface of a touch panel-type operation part 20 having a flat surface.
