PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the appearance of a grill section by a simple constitution by preventing a fin section from drooping after integrally molding a bumper body section and the grill section of a resin, and surely solving the problem that the appearance of the grill section is deteriorated because a supporting member of the fin section is left in the opening, in the bumper for a vehicle which is provided in the front section of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The fin supporting sections 5, 5, 6 and 6 which are formed into a state in which the distal end section is extended toward an open section on the upper side of the opening X are engaged with a plurality of engaging pins 3a... 3a on the edge section of the opening X by bending the fin supporting sections downward with thinner-walled sections 5a and 6a as fulcrums. Then, ribs 5c, 5d, 6c and 6d are brought into contact with the back surface of the fin section 4 to support the fin section 4. After cooling the resin, the thinner-walled sections 5a and 6a are cut, and the supporting sections 5, 5, 6 and 6 are removed from the inside of the opening X. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
