A tilting unit for wireless communication equipments is provided to easily set a direction and a position of a corresponding device such as an antenna, a relay or the like to secure an optimum quality of electromagnetic wave. A tilting unit for wireless communication equipments includes a bracket(100) having a yoke(112) formed on one side of the bracket. A clamp(200) forms a yoke(212) vertical to the yoke of the bracket at a surface facing the yoke of the bracket. A joint(300) is a hinge coupled to the yoke of the bracket and the yoke of the clamp to allow the bracket to rotate up/down and right/left directions. A plurality of fixing rods(400) maintain the controlled state of the rotation direction and angle of the bracket with moving along the plurality of guide grooves(213) formed on the yoke of the clamp.
