<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a writing device, a drawing device and a marking device which are equipped with a liquid storing device of this kind formed to be distributed in a meaning to which a storing device parameter and quality fluctuation are subject by assuring high outflow reliability at each point of time, or one of the devices. <P>SOLUTION: This invention, for the writing device or any one device of either one device thereof, the device has at least one axis (1), the liquid storing device (3) inserted into the axis and a copying lead core (2) are provided. At least one contact point or a contact area for guiding a writing medium between the writing lead core (2) and the liquid storing device (3), is formed. At least one contact point or a contact area for guiding a writing medium is formed between the copying lead core (2) and the liquid storing device (3). An area quipped with a protective coating (3) on a side surface is provided.
