PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can improve the attractiveness of games by effectively carrying out a performance on a variable display device. SOLUTION: In a pachinko game machine having the variable display device capable of displaying character images, the display is controlled as follows: when a ready-to-win state is reached, the combinations of characters for performance are displayed by (A, A) and when the variable probability jackpot is presented, the combinations are displayed by (A, A, A).
