PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag for injection by its own weight, in a bag or the like containing a liquid such as infusion. SOLUTION: The packaging bag (20) is a bag containing a liquid such as infusion. The packaging bag (20) is formed from a laminate (10) formed from at least a film substrate (1) and a sealant film (2). The sealant film (2) is formed from a co-extruded multilayered (two or more layers) film. An underlayer (2c) on the content side of the co-extruded multilayered film contains 1 to 500 ppm slipping agent (3) and 10,000 to 20,000 ppm anti-blocking agent (4) having inorganic particles.
