PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed throttle device for an oil static pressure bearing without the problem that fixed throttle diameters in a conventional device cannot be machined and finished to the same diameters, and each pocket pressure P2 is different due to discrepancy with a hole diameter on a sliding surface A or a change in a tolerance of about±0.1 in a fixed throttle length L, so that a table used in an ultra precision machine may tilt. SOLUTION: This fixed throttle device for an oil static pressure bearing comprises a cylindrical fixed throttle body, and a plurality of slender through-holes for the flow-rate throttling of a fluid penetrating a cylindrical part provided at the fixed throttle body.
