PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the wall thickness of a parison by dividing it into an upper part, a middle part, and a lower part controlled until the wall thickness of the parison is stabilized with parison setting addition parts to be added set in a parison setting waveform part. SOLUTION: As regards a method and an apparatus for adjusting the wall thickness of the parison, A parison wall thickness command (23) is obtained by multiplying/adding the parison setting waveform part (22) by/to the parison setting addition parts (E<SB>U</SB>, E<SB>W</SB>, E<SB>D</SB>, W<SB>U</SB>, W<SB>W</SB>, and W<SB>D</SB>). The parison setting addition parts (E<SB>U</SB>, E<SB>W</SB>, E<SB>D</SB>, W<SB>U</SB>, W<SB>W</SB>, and W<SB>D</SB>) are divided into three parts to correspond to an upper burr part (A), a molding part (B), and a lower burr part (C).
