The invention relates to a device for the automatically controlled removal of liquids, comprising at least one container of liquid with an opening and a portioning device (1) with a mechanical sealing unit (12), which is allocated to said container. The container is clamped in a holder with the opening facing downward, said holder consisting of a height-adjustable counter-pressure element (3) and the portioning device (1) that is situated on the opening of the container. The portioning device can be positioned by means of an automatically controllable release mechanism in order to actuate the sealing unit (12). The device is characterised in that a release tube (9), which is connected to a lower and an upper release lever (4), is located beneath the portioning device (1).
