PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file conversion program and the like allowing all the distribution companies to report use results and allowing all the record companies to manage the use results without using a file format common between all the distribution companies and record companies for a use result file or requiring format conversion processing requiring several minutes for processing in a trade partner of either side of the distribution companies and the record companies. SOLUTION: A transmission server 12a and the like is made to previously store transmission file definition information including a file format of a transmission file to be uploaded. A receipt server 14a and the like is made to previously store receipt file definition information including a file format and the like of a receipt file to be downloaded. A file conversion server 20 inputs the transmission file uploaded by the transmission server 12a and the like based on the previously stored transmission file definition information, converts the input transmission file based on the previously stored receipt file definition information, and makes the receipt server 14a and the like download the converted receipt file.
