PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use the contact position detecting function of a touch panel for many applications and/or functions by using a device worn on a finger without restricting freedom of the finger. SOLUTION: A contact part having a mechanism for feeding back information about touch to a touch panel to the tactile sense of a finger is worn on a finger as it is supported against a frame disposed in such a way as to not restrict freedom of the finger. This allows an operator to precisely and comfortably input coordinate information while clearly recognizing contact position information, without making the operator feel constrained.
