PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing resin composition capable of forming a hard coat layer having excellent scuff resistance and dust-proof properties and to provide a laminate having the hard coat layer formed from the active energy ray-curing resin composition. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curing resin composition comprises a compound (A) having an active energy ray-curing unsaturated bond in the molecule, inorganic fine particles (B) and a compound (C) represented by the general formula (1).
