PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a Ti alloy casting where, when a product is produced by casting using a high-C Ti alloy material, the generation of a gas defect can be effectively suppressed. SOLUTION: The pressure at the inside of a mold 18 is reduced, the molten metal of a high-C Ti alloy comprising, by mass, 0.04 to 0.10% C is sucked up and is charged into a cavity 24, further, the mold 18 is rotated at a high speed around a rotation center P together with the molten metal at the inside under the reduced pressure, and centrifugal force is acted on the molten metal at the inside of the mold 18, so as to perform casting.
