SOLUTION: If an error command receiving part 601 receives an error command and if an error announcement control part 604 already announced an error based on another error command, a comparison part 605 compares the predetermined order of priority in the received error command with the predetermined order of priority in the error command on which the announcement is executed by the error announcement control part 604. The announcement based on the received error command is continuously executed during the announcement time only if the order of priority of the received error command is higher than that of the error command on which the announcement is executed.
