PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress frost formation in a heat exchanger of an outdoor unit, in an air conditioning device using a non-azeotropic refrigerant mixture. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 12 comprises a gas refrigerant inlet/outlet 18 for allowing a gas refrigerant to flow in or out, and a liquid refrigerant inlet/outlet 17 for allowing a liquid refrigerant to flow in or out. Exhaust heat supply means 14, 30 are disposed to supply the exhaust heat of at least one of a fan motor 28 and a power source circuit 11 to a region provided with the liquid refrigerant inlet/outlet 17 in the heat exchanger 12.
