This washing head (1) for washing a chamber comprises at least one static washing nozzle (3) which sprays a washing product at pressure into the whole of the chamber. It also comprises a rotary rinsing nozzle (4) which outputs a rinsing liquid, typically water at pressure, the 360° rotation of said rinsing nozzle allowing access to the entire chamber. Both the washing nozzle (3) and the rinsing nozzle (4) communicate with a common chamber situated upstream and supplied with rinsing liquid, typically water at pressure, to which a washing product may if desired be added during the washing phase. A solenoid valve allows the operator to select the appropriate nozzle for the washing phase or rinsing phase.
