PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify to a user that the user is going to view the same program as the program which a picture recording apparatus is going to picture-record "automatically" or that the user is viewing the same program as the program which is being picture-recorded "automatically" and to receive a cancel request of the picture recording. SOLUTION: Information of a picture recording reservation to be executed in the picture recording apparatus is acquired, the information of a first picture recording reservation in the information of the first picture recording reservation set automatically in the picture recording apparatus and the information of a second picture recording reservation set manually by the user is extracted from the informations of the picture recording reservation, and it is judged whether the program to be displayed on a display and the program to correspond to the information of the first picture recording reservation correspond each other or not. In the case that it is judged that they correspond each other, a screen to inquire whether an execution of the picture recording reservation corresponding to the information of the first picture recording reservation in the picture recording apparatus is canceled or not, or, whether the picture recording reservation is canceled or not is displayed on the display.
