PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically call a last called person (outgoing call) or last calling person (incoming call) by predetermined key operation within a predetermined time after the call ends without performing on-hook operation. SOLUTION: An opposite-side telephone number holding unit 14-2 which holds a telephone number of an opposite side in speech communication holds an outgoing dial number or an opposite-side telephone number acquired by an outgoing number acquisition unit 13 at the time of termination and when a predetermined key is operated (for example, when any key other than a key for hook operation is pressed) within the predetermined time after a line disconnection detector 11-3 detects a line disconnection, the line is temporarily disconnected and then seized to automatically dial the opposite-side telephone number held by the opposite-side telephone number holding means.
