摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on a sensing object in resolution of a using wave length or less, in a system for sensing irregularity in the aspect of motion, a surrounding state and a physiological state in a noncontact state. SOLUTION: This system for sensing and measuring relative motion of an object, includes a transceiver device configured to transmit a signal to the object, a plurality of mutually phase-shifted detectors for measuring amplitude of a reference signal and a reflected signal, and a processor configured with the logic to mathematically relate a change in the reference signal and the reflected signal in the plurality of detectors to a change in a phase generated by the relative motion of the object, and the processor is also configured with the logic to mathematically relate the change in the phase to the relative motion of the object.
